Dedicated device for detecting steel wire cord defects in the tire manufacturing process.
The SIS XP, developed by the German company Roland, is a dedicated device for detecting defects in tire steel wire cord materials. This device uses magnetic detection principles to continuously inspect the condition of abnormal areas and splice sections of the steel wire cord material during the tire manufacturing process, and outputs that information. Using up to 16 sensors, it detects issues such as wire pull-out, overlapping, and misalignment with a maximum inspection width of 1120mm, and determines normal and abnormal splice sections based on pre-input data for external output. *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog!*
